We do not collect payment details through this website. Any payments related to a confirmed booking are handled separately, after we've spoken with you.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact details with third-party marketers. We do not use your information to send unsolicited promotional emails. If you enquire and decide not to book, we'll keep your details only as long as your enquiry might still be relevant, and then delete them.
This website uses minimal cookies. We may use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand how the site is being used in aggregate — e.g. how many people visit, which pages they read. These tools record anonymous, aggregated data. They do not identify you personally.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We treat WhatsApp conversations the same way we treat email — as private correspondence about your potential or actual stay.
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back, then delete them. Confirmed booking records: we keep them for as long as we are legally required to (typically 5 to 7 years for tax purposes), then delete them.
